Professional and dust free bleaching powder, with strong but very delicate lifting up powder, able to bleaching the hair up to 9 tones without damaging the thin structure of the blonde hair. Its grey tone enhances the cold and extra bright shades of the Space Blonde Total Oil Color's range.

Directions for Use: Mix well the required quantity of SPACE BLONDE "STAR POWDER" 9 tones with the proper oxidant emulsion "OXIG" and follow the needed laying time until the desired level of highlight is reached.

Contains Bond Protector, which protects hair during bleaching. Thanks to its active ingredients, hydrolytic keratin and amino acids, it makes hair denser and healthier.

Not dusty.

Provides hair bleaching up to 9 levels.

Contains a silvery ash pigment.

Provides gentle hair discoloration.

Directions for use: Mix with a suitable oxidizing emulsion and apply as usual. The dwell time depends on the original base and the desired result.
