Dissolve 1 Soffritto Vegetable Frying cube (10g) in a little oil or water in a pot to prepare the base for your dish. Proceed then to prepare the meat, fish, vegetables or sauces according to your favourite recipe, checking whether you need to add salt towards the end of cooking.
